En este disparo, el paso lento del tiempo deja tras de sí, huellas del deterioro en la fachada de esta antigua vivienda, en la que pueden verse los distintos maquillajes que ha tenido, asi como el acusado desgaste de la vieja puerta del balcón y la falta de varios de sus cristales, sustituidos por inquietantes agujeros de profundo color negro azabache........"

                the lamp and the object along the bottom. Shoot more of these scenes!

                Great subject.. although you have to 'take what you get'
                to some extent.. with the lamp and fence top along the bottom. But an overall

                Wonderful composition and exposure, Javier. The detail on the
                wrought iron balcony just isn't done anymore.I see why you included the railing
                at the bottom, in order to save the lamp post, but I think if you crop the photo just
                below the sign and just feature the balcony and window behind it, you will have a
                stronger image.

I love the character... this photo definately captures a "personality" of the building.

Even in the nearly ruined looking state this building has much more character than lots of modern day buildings. The color, the architecture, especially of the balcony railing, and even the pitted wall tell a story of a building that has had a life and shows it well. I do find the white railing (I think that's what it is) drawns away from the balance of the picture above it.
